Object: Play all cards to the foundation.

Only the waste can play to here.
You can play any card here regardless of rank or suit.
You can pick up and play the top card of a pile.
You can not play from the tableau while there are still cards in the waste.
Stock: Holds the 82 undealt cards.
Plays 20 cards face up to the waste.
The waste must be empty before the stock can play to it.
Before any play from the stock has begun, the stock will play to empty tableau piles.
