The waste pile is called the "weave" because you weave cards in and out of it once the stock is depleted. The late Professor Alan Ross simply called this game "the best patience".
Two decks of cards
Object: Play all cards to the foundation.
Tableau: 8 piles.
Rank is built down. Cards must alternate suit color.
If a pile is empty, you can play a king.
You can pick up and play a group of cards in sequence.
Stock: Holds the 96 undealt cards.
Plays one card face up to each tableau pile.
Waste: Discard pile.
You can only play to the waste if it is emtpy.
You can not play to the waste until the stock is has been depleted.
You can pick up and play a group of cards in sequence.
Foundation: 8 piles.
Play "ace" cards to empty piles.
Rank is built up. Cards must match the same suit.
