Rank is built down. The suit order cycles through all 4 suits: club on heart, heart on spade, spade on diamond, diamond on club.
If a pile is empty, you can play any card.
You can pick up and play a group of cards.
Stock: Holds the 46 undealt cards.
Plays one card face up to the waste.
Waste: Discard pile.
Only the stock can play to here.
You can pick up and play the top card.
Foundation: 4 piles.
Play "ace" cards to empty piles.
